WE THE GENIUSES could be called a collection of short stories, but the author prefers to think of it as “a collection of incidents”. It is purely autobiographical and was originally written for the amusement of friends and relatives, but the result turned out to be mostly a self-ironical history of the publishing house Colibri, of which she is the co-founder, as well as a humorous portrait of her co-workers, her nearest and dearest.
