In a series of funny and sad events, frank conversations and meetings with distant countries, the stories of three women at a crossroads gradually merge into one. At the end, each of them finds out that love and friendship are not just fiction of writers and screenwriters. The three women realize that, it is never too late to start living again. It's enough to have courage, imagination, and some luck.
Virginie Grimaldi was born in 1977 and lives near Bordeaux. "The first day of the rest of my life" (2015) is her first novel published. Her novel "The perfume of happiness is stronger in the rain" appeared in May 2017 and was selected for the Press Houses Award.
