Engie Kasabie studied at the International College IC in her hometown of Beirut. She also studied at the English Academy, then completed higher education in the field of medicine. In 2014 she defended her doctoral thesis at the NSA. She is Assistant Professor in the Department of Hygiene, Medical Ecology and Nutrition at the Medical University in Sofia.
In 2006 she founded the first company for healthy and dietary nutrition in Bulgaria - "And Diet".
Kasabie gained popularity in Bulgaria and the trust of both domestic celebrities and world stars such as Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Robert De Niro, John Travolta, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Eva Longoria, Britney Spears and many others.
