Prof. Dimitar Chavdarov was born in Varna in 1934. He studied Medicine in Sofia and then worked at the Institute of Brain at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and the Medical Academy - Sofia. His research and practice is in the field of epilepsy, behavioral changes in children and attention-deficit hyperactivity, delayed neuro-mental development, vascular, traumatic and other brain damage, clinical electroencephalography, new drugs and others.
