The Sybil's Treasure
The Sibyl's Treasure is one of those books you can read in one sitting. It tells the story of the discovery of the most valuable treasure in the world—so great that everyone can take from it, but it will never run out. Its existence is mentioned in a mysterious ancient manuscript, the contents of which are discovered by Paul and Ida, the children of archaeologists leading excavations near Naples. Eager to claim the laurels of great explorers, they boldly set out on the trail of this mysterious treasure. However, the path to it will take them to another time, where ancient Greek myths and legends are reality. The two friends will find themselves on the ship of the Argonauts, in the temple of forgotten and neglected deities, in the underground kingdom of Hades. They will take part in the theft of the Golden Fleece, meet the sorceress Medea, the famous singer Orpheus, and the sibyl Amalthea. They will witness Jason's battles with the bronze-footed bulls and the enchanted dragon's teeth, as well as Heracles' exploits against the Lernaean Hydra, King Diomedes' man-eating horses, and the three-headed dog Cerberus...
Will Paul and Ida find the key to the treasure that could change the world? And is humanity ready to receive this priceless gift? Only readers of this fantastic novel will learn the correct answer.
