Family Ghosts
What is a "family ghost", how does it affect family members and their descendants, how is it transmitted from the unconscious to the unconscious, why are some children obsessed with their ancestors, and many women wait their whole lives for the prince on a white horse? These questions - and many more - are answered by Bruno Clavier in "Family Ghosts" (2013), a book that introduces us to an amazing world where "everything unsaid is repeated." Secrets, fears, traumas, neuroses and delusions are reproduced from generation to generation. Anyone can fall prey to a ghost, even the great individuals.
