The collection "From the Authors and Readers ABOUT BOOKS AND READING" contains 42 personal stories from people connected in one way or another with writing and literature in general, about their first steps in reading, about the books that inspired and changed them. In this book you will meet the names of notable Bulgarian writers, content authors, publishers, journalists, young artists and even children. Their stories are at the same time a personal example, through the prism of which we want to increase interest and attention to books and reading, and also to give more directions for curious readers.
Anna Lazarova
Anna Lazarova was born in Velingrad. She graduated with a major in "Bulgarian Philology" and a master's degree in "Literary Studies" at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". Anna is the winner of more than 15 awards in the field of literature and culture, including Grand Prize from the National Student Literary Contest "Boyan Penev", 2015, second prize from the XXXII National Youth Poetry Contest "Veselin Hanchev", 2015, National Literary Award "Georgi Chernyakov", 2016, award of the "Blaga Dimitrova" Foundation for contribution to the development of Bulgarian literature and culture, 2016, award of the "Georgi Davidov" National Literary Competition, etc.

I am addicted to books, music, friends, traveling, changing, diversity, crossing borders, beauty, women, pleasures, empathy, humanity, kindness, justice, truth, honesty, sincerity, love, hugs, kissing and touch, to the lightness of life, dreams, respect, history, fiction, reality, everyday little joys, the look of a person who loves and values me, to the hand of a friend lent on time, to the winter, spring, autumn and summer, to my memories from the past and possible future, to the sea, to the islands, to the headlights, to the mountains, to the moon and the sun, to the stars and clouds, to the blue and black, to the discoveries, to the wisdom in words, to the slow living and fast realization, to every new day and every night, to life and death.
I haven't stopped reading for 42 years. I read every day.
