The world-renowned Mexican writer LAURA ESQUIVEL who has won the hearts of millions with her books, will meet with her Bulgarian readers in the bookstore "Penguins" in the underpass of the Sofia University on April 28th at 6 p.m.

The Mexican writer Laura Esquivel will come for the first time to Bulgaria as a guest of honour of the M-Tel Media Masters awards on April 27th in Sofia. In the context of her participation in the ceremony of M-Tel Media Masters Laura Esquivel will award one of the biggest prizes for which are competing more than 90 articles by journalists from 34 national and regional media.

Laura Esquivel's novel "Like Hot Water for Chocolate" is a turning point in the literature of the 90s of the 20th century. She is also the author of the books "La Malinche", "Intimas suculencias", "The Law of Love" and "Swift as Desire", all issued in Bulgarian by Colibri.
